We have the most commonly cited code sections in our database. If you don't see the California code section charged on your citation provide us with the section number and we will review it for possible update to the database. Note that for some code sections, like 21658, there cannot be a charge of the section alone without a subdivision. So for 21658, the charge must be 21658a or 21658b.
